Our Promise
Hips, elbows and genetic problems
Here at Vom Karro Heim German Shepherds we guarantee our puppies overall health upon arrival. We promise that the puppies come with the first set of puppy shots and de worming. Our vet Dr. Goraya will do a thorough exam on each individual puppy before it is placed in a new home to verify there are no health problems.
We also have guarantee on hip and elbow displasia. If for any reason your dog gets hip and elbow displasia or any other genetic problem within the first 2 years of life we will replace your dog with a free puppy in order of pick that you have originally selected. I do not ask that you return your dog I do not wish to take a dog from you that you have already bonded with. You may keep it as well, as long as the dog is neutered or spayed so it does not pass down further genetic problems and have written note from the vet.

If you cannot keep your dog
We want you to have a great experience with your dog but if you for any reason decide you cannot keep your dog, we ask that you first contact us and give us priority over anyone else. If we decide not to keep the dog we will help you find a new home for the dog. This is because we do not want these extremely intelligent animals to end up in the pound or misplaced in a wrong home.
Ears
If your puppies ears are not standing by 6 months of age please contact us or have a experienced vet tape them. If you do not contact us and the dog is over 9 months of age we will not be held responsible if the ears do not both stand in the future. Usually the ears have already made up their mind by the time the permanent teeth are in and at this time it may be too late. So please contact us soon if there is any unlikely problem.
Deposits
Deposits are 20% of the price of your puppy .The deposit is non refundable as it is a promise from you to purchase a puppy. We need it to insure that the puppy will have a home.
